1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," or "your") and wi1win ("wi1win," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the wi1win platform, including all casino games, live dealer services, sportsbook products, and ancillary features available at wi1win.asia.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any wi1win service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you are of legal age to engage in online gaming in your jurisdiction, and that you accept and agree to comply with all provisions set forth herein.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

By creating a wi1win account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from wi1win or had an account terminated for policy violations;
• The funds you deposit are not derived from criminal activity.

wi1win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified may be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued during a period in which a User is found to have been underage shall be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) wi1win account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — are prohibited. wi1win reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and withhold associated balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wi1win login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. wi1win shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify wi1win immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your wi1win account at any time by contacting customer support. wi1win reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where the account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breaches of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wi1win accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank (DuitNow), CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise indicated.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. wi1win reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks. e-Wallet withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. wi1win reserves the right to delay withdrawals where a verification review is in progress or where suspicious activity has been flagged.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

wi1win accounts are denominated in MYR. Deposits made via methods that involve currency conversion may be subject to exchange rate differences. wi1win is not responsible for any losses arising from currency conversion outside of its direct control.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

wi1win complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. wi1win may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or where unusual transaction patterns are observed. Withdrawals will be returned to the original deposit method wherever possible.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All wi1win bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards are subject to their individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. General conditions applicable to all wi1win promotions include:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, and minimum odds are specified per promotion;
• wi1win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time;
• Abuse of promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or pattern wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless expressly stated otherwise;
• wi1win's decision regarding bonus eligibility and wagering requirement fulfilment is final.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General

All bets placed via wi1win are subject to the applicable game rules and sportsbook rules in force at the time of the bet. It is your responsibility to ensure you are familiar with the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.

6.2 Void Bets

wi1win reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed on an event that has already started or concluded at the time of placement due to a technical error; (b) the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error; (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; or (d) the outcome of the event is determined to have been manipulated.

6.3 Maximum Payout

Maximum single-event and daily payout limits apply across all wi1win products. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface. wi1win reserves the right to limit the maximum bet accepted from any individual User.

6.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. wi1win reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless otherwise affected by these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wi1win platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with any game;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities;
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials;
• Registering under a false identity or on behalf of another person;
• Systematic exploitation of promotional offers (bonus abuse);
• Any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law or the laws of the User's jurisdiction.

wi1win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit associated balances, and report relevant information to competent authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the wi1win platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of wi1win or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the wi1win platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any wi1win content without prior written authorisation from wi1win.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wi1win shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the wi1win platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Interruption of service due to technical maintenance or unforeseen outages;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account;
• Inaccuracies in game descriptions, odds, or promotional materials where these were not the result of wi1win's wilful misconduct.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy & Data

wi1win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account and accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used to administer your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the wi1win platform. wi1win does not sell personal data to third parties.
